Shipping Policy
We deliver globally, all orders door to door, fully tracked and registered.
We have warehouses in Europe, North America and Australia – this means delivery is fast and reliable. Orders placed in these regions will receive free shipping for orders of 2 packs or more.
95% of orders are delivered in 2 to 4 days. Occasionally there are delays due to the postal system.
Orders are guaranteed to be processed in 1 business day of order receipt.

Orders with 1 pack:
- Australia: $8.99 AUD
- New Zealand: $11.50 *may change slightly with currency fluctuations
- USA: $7.99 USD
- Canada: $9.99 *may change slightly with currency fluctuations
- UK: £6.50
- Europe: 8.99€
For orders outside these regions the shipping fee is $20 USD
Our shipping and fulfillment is carbon neutral.
Returns Policy
Returns
Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from the moment of the purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Before requesting a return, please make sure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a receival confirmation via email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We refund or exchange any defective items that are not caused by user error. If your refund inquiry is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, please recheck your bank account. Furthermore, please contact your credit card company, as your refund might take some time before being officially posted. Additionally, you can also contact your bank as processing the refund might take some time before the refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged (not caused by user error our faulty use). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@notjustapatch.com. Depending on where you live, the delivery time for your exchanged product may vary.
